Throughout my entire professional career I have focused on helping people reach their true potential and be productive in everything they do. I have taken this same focus and approach in applying key human resource principles in a variety of industry areas, from hospitality management and finance to healthcare and nonprofit leadership.

I am a focused and well versed certified human resource and human capital management consultant who understands people, values process, appreciates the opportunities technology brings and applies strategy in decision making to drive outcomes. MY METHODOLOGY

I am a firm believer that human resource management should be as much about the operations of the organization as it is about the people within it – this is why I place much of my focus on the human portion of HR management. I have dedicated my entire career to staying current on changing demands of business culture, utilizing the role of HR as a measure of organizational success and consistently challenging myself and others to be curious about how change can affect outcome.

MY APPROACH

I approach each consulting opportunity differently but keep to the core principles of what makes effective human resource management work. I place great focus on the organizational structure, the people within the organization, their talents and their potential. I also strive to deliver and emphasize the value of quality processes and systems that motivate efficient operation. To put it simply, human resource management is as much about positioning the company to succeed externally, as it is about developing culture within it. This can only be done if you place emphasis and focus on the end result, the consumers' needs and apply best practices in all facets of the company.
